M. Nauman Qureshi, MD
Dr. Qureshi received a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan. He went on to obtain his medical doctorate from The University of Tennessee in Memphis. In 2003, Dr. Qureshi received the Young Investigator Award for his research on lipoproteins in African-American women. He is board-certified in both internal medicine and endocrinology, and has been practicing in the Memphis area since 2003.
Dr. Qureshi is a member of the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. He is married and has three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading, playing squash, and spending time with his family.
Rabia Rehman, MD
Dr. Rehman received a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Edward Medical University in Pakistan. She went on to obtain her medical doctorate from The University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Rehman is board-certified in internal medicine and board-eligible in endocrinology. In 2012, she received an honorable mention for her research on tele-endocrinology. She was also named the best resident in endocrinology during her time at The University of Tennessee. Dr. Rehman is married and has two children. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American College of Physicians, and the Endocrine Society. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling. Her favorite destination is Europe.
Casie Adams, DNP, FNP-C
Dr. Adams received both her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Prior to obtaining her medical degree, she worked as an RN with Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. She obtained her BSN from Lipscomb University in Nashville. She is a member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society and the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.
Laurie Raffety, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Mrs. Raffety attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis and Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. A native Memphian, Mrs. Raffety is married with 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
Katherine N. Forsdick, DNP, FNP-C
Dr. Forsdick received a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee in Memphis and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to obtaining her DNP, she worked as a Registered Nurse in Memphis. Dr. Forsdick is married with one child and enjoys spending time with her family.
