Biography

Hannah Case is a lifelong Memphian. She graduated summa cum laude from the Baptist University of Health Sciences in 2011 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She obtained her graduate degree from the University of North Alabama. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for providing holistic healthcare. Hannah is married to her husband, Travis, and they have two children.
