Shannon Riedley-Malone, MD

Biography

Dr. Shannon Riedley Malone is originally from South Carolina where the following graduation from Davidson College she moved to Memphis to work at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It was clear that her joy was caring for people and not staying in the lab, so she returned to medical school at the University of Tennessee in 2007, completing their OB/GYN residency program in 2011. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been in private practice in the Memphis area since graduation. She joined the Engbretson Center for Women in the fall of 2015.

Memphis is where her heart is. When not delivering babies, she can be found cheering on the Grizzlies, running in Overton Park, or enjoying the great food that this city has to offer. She loves to laugh and give out hugs regularly. She is married to Scott and is a mother of two beautiful girls, Millie and Scarlet.
