Arthur Franklin, MD

Biography

Dr. Arthur Franklin is a board-certified general internal medicine physician since 1995. He is a native Memphian having attended Bishop Byrne High School, The University of Memphis, The University of Tennessee medical school and completed his residency and was chief resident there as well. He is in practice at Cresthaven Internal Medicine and supervises three nurse practitioners who work as a team rendering excellent primary care.
Arthur enjoys the social aspect of primary care and enjoys getting to know spouses and other family members. He takes pride in getting to know people not only as patients but knowing people’s careers, hobbies, and outside interests. He is also one of the team physicians for the University of Memphis’s athletic department.

He is married to his wife of 33 years, Tricia, and has 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and 2 grandchildren.
