Biography
Dr. Martha Ballard, DNP is a graduate of Baptist College of Health Sciences where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002, her Master of Science in Nursing in 2004, and a doctorate of science from the University of Tennessee in 2006. She is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center as a family nurse practitioner. She has had extensive research and clinical training in the area of diabetology/diabetes and comorbid conditions.
